Request account deletion.
SharePause users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by contacting support from the email address connected to their account.
How to Request Deletion
Email us from your SharePause account email.
To request deletion of your SharePause account, email support@sharepause.com from the email address connected to your SharePause account.
Please use this subject line:
Send your request
Email support@sharepause.com from the email address associated with your SharePause account. This helps us verify that the request is coming from the account owner.
We may verify your identity
For account security, we may ask for additional confirmation before deleting account-related information. We will not ask for your password.
Deletion is processed
Once verified, we will make reasonable efforts to delete or de-identify applicable account information and associated personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, and legitimate business needs.
Some records may be retained
Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, financial records, backup systems, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.
What may be deleted
Account-related information and saved app data.
Depending on your account and app usage, deletion may include account identifiers, saved check history, saved results, Trust Cards, account settings, and other personal information associated with your SharePause account.
Deleted or de-identified information may not be recoverable. Information you shared outside SharePause, including exported Trust Cards, screenshots, copied results, or content shared with third parties, may remain outside our control.
