Account deletion
Delete your SharePause account.
You may request permanent deletion of your SharePause account and the personal information associated with that account.
Start your request
Send an account-deletion request.
Send the request from the email address associated with your SharePause account. This helps us verify that the request came from the account owner.
What to include
Include the email address connected to your SharePause account. You may also include an optional reason for the request.
Do not send your password, authentication code, payment information, or other highly sensitive information.
Identity verification
We may ask you to verify control of the email address associated with your account before completing the deletion.
This verification is intended to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
What will be deleted
Account deletion may remove information associated with your SharePause account, including:
- Your SharePause account profile
- Saved check history
- Saved analysis results
- Account-associated Trust Card records
- Account preferences and related metadata
Public Trust Cards
Public Trust Cards associated with your account may be unpublished or removed as part of the deletion process.
Deletion cannot recall screenshots, downloads, copied content, or Trust Cards previously saved or shared by another person outside SharePause.
Information we may retain
Some limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, backups, or other legitimate business purposes.
Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified may also be retained when it no longer reasonably identifies you.

Account deletion is permanent.
Once your deletion request has been completed, your account and deleted history may not be recoverable. Save any information you wish to keep before submitting the request.
